From guest rooms and cocktails to breakfast before a day of wine tasting, our shoot at The Knoll Hotel Napa Valley brought together the property and its surrounding experiences. We created hotel, restaurant, and lifestyle photography to help future guests picture their own wine-country getaway.

About the Knoll Hotel Shoot

After a morning flight, we arrived ready to begin photographing around one that afternoon. We started with guest rooms, the lobby, and the bar, capturing the spaces guests encounter throughout their stay.

From there, we moved into food and cocktail photography, photographing menu items before wrapping up the evening with dinner scenes on the patio. Combining individual dishes with dining lifestyle images gave the hotel content to showcase both its menu and the experience of spending an evening on the property.

The following morning began with breakfast photography before we headed out to capture wine-tasting experiences at two surrounding wineries. These images connected a stay at The Knoll with the Napa Valley experiences guests come to enjoy.

The content has since found its way into the hotel’s paid advertising, including images highlighting breakfast and nearby wine-country experiences. It’s a practical example of how a coordinated hospitality shoot can create imagery for both everyday marketing and advertising campaigns.
