Flexible Partnerships & Day Rates
Our standard commercial photography projects are billed on a day-rate basis, allowing us to capture a wide variety of content throughout the day. A typical shoot day begins at sunrise and continues through sunset, maximizing opportunities to photograph your property, amenities, guest experiences, food and beverage offerings, and lifestyle content under the best available lighting conditions.
Our editing rates depend on the types of deliverables that each client needs. Some clients may only need RAW files, while some clients need us to edit both photo and video asset deliverables. All deliverables are provided via online gallery and digital download.
In select situations, we may offer flexible partnership arrangements with hospitality properties, resorts, vacation rentals, or destination brands. When a property aligns with our current marketing goals, travel plans, or portfolio needs, we may consider complimentary accommodations or hosted stays as part of the project compensation. These partnerships are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are designed to create value for both parties while maintaining the same level of professionalism, creativity, and deliverables as our standard full retail paid assignments.
